Mundorf Sr., 94, formerly of Montebello Farm Road, Duncannon, died late Saturday, December 12, 2009 in the Manor at Perry Village, New Bloomfield. Born June 5, 1915 in Enhaut, PA, he was the son of the late Frank and Emma ‎(Shultz)‎ Mundorf . Mr. Mundorf was a retired carpenter for Bethlehem Steel Corp., a gentleman farmer and a member of Snyder's United Methodist Church. He was a member of the CCC and an Air Raid Warden during WWII. He was also a former Secret Service Agent and a graduate engineer. He was the widower of Emma Mundorf and Marion Herbert Mundorf and is survived by a son, James E. Jr. of Duncannon, a sister, Jane Miller of Camp Hill. Many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by three brothers, Robert, Harry and Earl Mundorf and two sisters, Addie Mentzer and Vera Dunn. There are also nieces and nephews. Services will be held at 11 AM, Wednesday, December 16, 2009 Boyer Funeral Home, 230 N. High St., Duncannon. Rev. William E Pipp will officiate. Burial will be in Snyder's Cemetery.
